AAK is specialized in plant-based oils that are value-increasing ingredients in a row of popular consumer products. OIM has made the product development for the next generation of encapsulation machines for AAK Dalby. The assignment included the development of a machine to be able to put caps on different types of cans without manual handling. OIM delivered a solution to improve the physical working environment for the staff but also to increase the production rate as the production line was less dependent on staff.
