Recap of 2023

The end of 2023 is approaching and I thought I would take the opportunity to reflect on the past year.

It was with great enthusiasm and anticipation that I took the step into my new role as CEO of OIM on the first of March this year. For me, the change of workplace meant not only a change of environment but also a meeting with new individuals and fascinating personalities. My expectations were exceeded in many ways, where I am thinking above all the commitment and competence that exists within OIM, from owners to employees, who contribute wonders to the world around us.

OIM as a company is in a period of growth and we continue to expand and develop our offering to our customers to become an even better partner in product development.

During the year, we welcomed eleven new employees, deepened our cooperation with our customers, and were entrusted with welcoming several new customers to OIM. We think it’s inspiring and fun to be involved in the development of products together, from idea to finished product.

Looking ahead to 2024, OIM is in a very good position to take the next step as a company. We have a good foundation to stand on and during the past year, the entire company has worked together on the development of a new strategy for the next 5 years. A strategy that will ensure that OIM continues to be the obvious choice when it comes to product development for both our employees and our customers.
