What would your new everyday life at OIM entail?
You get to be a driving force in your sales work at OIM to find new customers and drive additional sales with existing customers, who need help with their product development.
You will work with investigating the customer’s needs and challenges to find a solution where OIM’s knowledge and experience help them achieve their business goals.

The person we are looking for is curious and has a natural drive. You are good at communicating, have an easy understanding of the customer’s needs, have social skills, and enjoy building long-term relationships.
You like to reach goals and create good results, love to do business, and want to visit new and existing customers. You are driven by matching the right solution with a stated need and building long-term customer and employee relationships.
To succeed in this role, we believe you possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in proactive service sales B2B
- Easy to be able to create your pipeline of upcoming deals
- You work with a structured way of working
- You work independently and take responsibility, from the first call to the signed deal
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Category B driving license
In addition, you enjoy working in a dynamic role and organization and are flexible in your way of working. You adapt easily to new tasks and are motivated by new challenges and situations. We believe that you are interested in and able to understand business principles with a focus on good profitability and growth. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
